Pakistani coalition leaders meeting in Dubai have reportedly forged a deal to reinstate judges sacked by President Pervez Musharraf last year.
Former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif told reporters that the restoration would take place as initially envisaged through a parliamentary resolution. He added that details of the deal would be revealed on Friday. The announcement comes after two days of negotations between Sharif and his coalition partner Asif Ali Zardari of the Pakistan People's Party.
