The six permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany have agreed to offer Iran a new package of incentives aimed at persuading it to halt its uranium enrichment activities. British Foreign Secretary David Miliband told reporters in London that the incentives were part of a two track strategy on Iran's disputed nuclear programme.
